Overview
The people in your organization — a directory, not user management. It exists so a report can resolve the ownerUserId that scenarios, contracts and incidents carry into a name, rather than printing a uuid. Roles, sign-in times and UI preferences are deliberately not published, and there is no write scope: creating a person consumes a seat, sends an invitation and assigns a role, none of which belongs behind a key.
